who's chasing me now: a spoters guide to Monster Hunter 3

these pics will show you some of the monsters in Monster Hunter 3.

this charming guy is the lagiacrus the biggest water monster you will ever find.

this one is a great jaggi it will be the first "boss" you will face(it resembles a T-rex)

this is a qurupeco it can sound like other monsters so that stuff like jaggi and ludroth come to help.(and look out for it's flint it hurts)

this is a barroth it likes to role in the mud and sometimes it will shake and mud will fly if the mud hits you it will slow you down

the key to killing these guys is to find out there moves and find ways to get out of the way, if you don't beat them the first time(and if you do you are very very good!) you just restart the quest, now these are the big ones, the small ones i could not get pics of but i can give names

jaggi- something like raptors, there fast, and can be seen with great jaggi.

jagga- bigger than jaggi, easy to sneek past when sleeping.

barbara- flying bugs, easy to kill(if you can hit one), don't let the stinger hit you.

astroth- walking bugs, can get monster fluid from them, look out! they bite.

well that's it for mean ones, now fo the nice ones(agian i can't find pics)

kelbi- a bit like deer, the yellow ones hit back, they like to jump away from you

there are some more but i can't remember there names, i'll post the rest tomorow

  1. First off the Lagiacrus might not be the biggest. Second the great Jaggi looks like a raptor more than a t-rex. Third for Jagga it is spelled Jaggia. Fourth a tip to hiting barbara light a torch they come toward it then you hit it. But thanks for the post.

  2. I said the biggest "water" monster. And the great jaggi looks like a T-rex to me, raptors are small. And a torch does not kill barbara, therefore I find it a pointless weapon. That's why we have great swords and switch axes >)
